ShortPost (“we”, “us”) is an early-stage product helping local businesses create short-form video. This policy explains what we collect through shortpost.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill out our form, we collect your name, business name, business type, email address, and what you would like to promote. Your website and Instagram or TikTok handle are optional. We also record which link brought you to the site (for example, an email we sent).
We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and button clicks. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information only to look at your business, reply to you personally, and, if you choose, include you in our pilot. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email (such as hosting and email delivery). They process information only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we are in conversation with you, and delete it on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@shortpost.com.
